There is a game room with a pool table, ping pong table and a hockey shuffle board for some friendly family competition. On chilly evenings cozy up to a fire in the great room's granite fire place while enjoying the view of the alpenglow on the mountains of Lake Tahoe. Winters at this house is a treat - the view Lake Tahoe with the surrounding snow capped mountains will sooth your sore muscles from a long day playing in the snow. The kitchen and 3 of the 4 bathrooms are newly remodeled making this home even more inviting!

Shared pier, please park boat on the house side of the pier and be mindful of neighbors.
Parking:
Winter Months Parking for Three Cars Only. Parking for 4 Cars in Summer.
Prepare for mountain or winter weather driving in winter months. This may mean Four wheel drive with snow tires or chains. Check weather or road reports. AWD and 4WD necessary to get up the mountain roads and some driveways in the winter months.
Other things to Note:
* Renters must be 25+
* This is a non-smoking home.
* Pets are not allowed at this home.
* Maximum Occupancy per county ordinance is 10 adults.
* Use of the BBQ is not guaranteed in winter months, due to limited access.
* Like most homes/condos in Tahoe, this one does not have Air Conditioning. There will be fans available for your use!
* Your safety matters. This property may features exterior security cameras. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras will continuously record video and sound while guests are in residence.
